Good morning and happy Wednesday! It’s the time of the week to link up with Jenn from Peas and Crayons and share our healthy eats from Wednesday Tuesday.

Peas and Crayons

I am back at work, so my meals are going to start looking a lot like they did last school year 🙂 Although I am going to try to mix it up a little bit more this year. Let’s jump right in! I have cut back on what I am eating a little bit because my physical activity is pretty much on hold right now 😦

Workouts:  You will notice there is no running on the schedule; I will explain more about this tomorrow. Not happy 😦

  • sunday – rest
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – yoga
  • wednesday – rest
  • thursday – 15 mile bike (maybe) + abs
  • friday – yoga
  • saturday – 15 mile bike (maybe) + abs
