Run Fast Eat Slow

I am sure you have heard of this book by now. I pre-ordered it several months ago, and was so excited when it finally came in the mail!


I immediately scoured the entire thing and I LOVE the way it is laid out!

Since Joe and I are starting to run a lot more and have some spring races on the horizon, we are trying to refine our nutrition game plan as well. This cook book is definitely making that easy.

Here are some of the things we have made so far:

  1. Spring races on the horizon! I like the sound of that!

    I just eat pretty basic during the work week since I’m so busy with the full time job/training/teaching classes at the gym. Lots of chicken & veggies with a lil rice/quinoa thrown in.

  2. I have yet to make anything from this cookbook but LOVE IT! I had a chance to meet her at the Nike run last week but it was also so crowded and I opted for November Project where I was actually able to meet Kara Goucher 🙂

  3. Never head of this book but looking it up now bc those pics look so healthy and things my bf and I would actually eat lol
