WIAW + Workouts #83

Happy Wednesday! I have been a little off the grid lately since the kids started back at school….crazy busy! We have also had friends in town, so I haven’t even had a second to catch up!

I thought I would at least put up a What I Ate Wednesday this week and hopefully I can fill you in on all the good stuff going on lately soon!

Peas and Crayons

Here. We. Go!

Breakfast: cottage cheese, hard boiled egg, avocadoIMG_3239[1]

Lunch: hodgepodge salad!IMG_3238[1]

Dinner: salmon burger + roasted squash & asparagusIMG_3245[1]

Snacks:IMG_3244[1]

Dessert: new love 🙂IMG_3243[1]

Workouts:

  • monday: 30 minutes swim
  • tuesday: 4 mile run + abs
  • wednesday: 30 minute swim + yoga or climbing!
  • thursday: 6 mile run + abs + 12 mile bike
  • friday: 30 minute swim
  • saturday: 8 mile run
  • sunday: rest

Do you eat the same thing for lunch most days, or do you like to switch it up?

  1. I typically eat a lot of the same things for lunch…big salads and etc! I still have yet to try that interesting looking cottage cheese/egg/avocado combo! Looks good!

  2. I definitely recommend it! Had it again this morning, but added some cherry tomatoes 🙂
