Workouts:

  • sunday – 10 mile trail run
  • monday – 30 minute swim + abs
  • tuesday – 4 mile run + abs
  • wednesday – 30 minute swim + 10 mile bike +abs
  • thursday – rest 
  • friday – 6 mile run + abs
  • saturday – hike a 14’er 🙂

  2. I love that we eat very similar things! Mochi in fro yo is SO good!! Also love tofu spring rolls and you are making me crave salmon! Yum yum!

    Good luck on your 14 mile long run!

    • haha- thanks! We are actually suppose to do a 12 mile long run this weekend, but have a friend in town, so we are going to hike two mountains over 14,000 instead…might not be exactly equivalent to the long run, but that’s ok 🙂

  3. Yum! I haven’t had froyo forever! You are rocking the workouts… I’m behind in your blog, I thought you were really injured, glad you’re running!

  4. I just bought some more brussels after taking a little break. Love them roasted with olive oil and seasonings!
