Breakfast: simple & fast
Lunch: leftover veggie and turkey flatbread sandwich from the weekend
Dinner: mesquite salmon (pre-seasoned from TJ’s), broccoli and polenta
boiled egg & cottage cheese
- sunday – 7 mile trail run
- monday- rest
- tuesday – 3 mile run + 12 mile bike
- wednesday – 30 minute swim + 15 mile bike
- thursday – 4 mile run + yoga
- friday – rest
- saturday- 10 mile trail run + rock climbing
And just you leave you with my clumsy picture of the day – here’s what happens when I try to change songs while running at 5:45AM 😉 There may still be a rock lodged in my palm somewhere….
