WIAW + Workouts #81

Lunch: leftover veggie and turkey flatbread sandwich from the weekendIMG_3130[1]

Dinner: mesquite salmon (pre-seasoned from TJ’s), broccoli and polentaIMG_3051[1]

Snacks: 

boiled egg & cottage cheese

Workouts:

  • sunday – 7 mile trail run
  • monday- rest
  • tuesday – 3 mile run + 12 mile bike
  • wednesday – 30 minute swim + 15 mile bike
  • thursday – 4 mile run + yoga
  • friday – rest
  • saturday- 10 mile trail run + rock climbing

And just you leave you with my clumsy picture of the day – here’s what happens when I try to change songs while running at 5:45AM 😉  There may still be a rock lodged in my palm somewhere….IMG_3131[1]

  1. Oh dear! Please do me a favor & get your hand checked. I’d hate to see it get an infection because of a rock stuck in. Ouch!!

  3. I fall all the time haha I am getting good at the tuck and roll though!! My worst was trying to pass during the Leadville marathon and tumbling off Ball Mtn. Graceful.. So excited that you’re back to running so regularly!! Well have to meet up for some trails this fall 🙂
