Happy Wednesday! I have been a little off the grid lately since the kids started back at school….crazy busy! We have also had friends in town, so I haven’t even had a second to catch up!
I thought I would at least put up a What I Ate Wednesday this week and hopefully I can fill you in on all the good stuff going on lately soon!
Here. We. Go!
- monday: 30 minutes swim
- tuesday: 4 mile run + abs
- wednesday: 30 minute swim + yoga or climbing!
- thursday: 6 mile run + abs + 12 mile bike
- friday: 30 minute swim
- saturday: 8 mile run
- sunday: rest
