Hey hey – ho ho! How is everybody this Wednesday? Can you believe this is my last week of summer vacation before I head back to work on Monday 😦 This summer went waaaaay too fast, but I tried to make the most of it!

- wednesday – swim + yoga
- thursday – 3 mile run + 12 mile bike
- friday – yoga
- saturday – 8 mile run + rock climbing
