Good morning! It’s time for What I Ate Wednesday hosted by Jenn over at Peas and Crayons…let’s jump in!

Breakfast: hard boiled egg w/ cottage cheese & avocadoIMG_2667[1]

Lunch: tuna with saltinesIMG_2669[1]

Dinner: roasted veggies over cous cousIMG_2670[1]

Snacks:IMG_2675[1]

Workouts: sooooo close to running, but going to give it a little more time to get to 100%…soon though…soon 🙂

  • sunday – climbing
  • monday – 7 mile bike + abs
  • tuesday –  13 mile bike + abs
  • wednesday – yoga
  • thursday -15 mile bike + abs + arms
  • friday – 10 mile bike + abs
  • saturday – swim! + abs
