It’s been so long since I have done a What I Ate Wednesday Post, that I thought I would pop back in with one today. This is my first week of summer vacation and my hip is starting to feel well enough to do a little bit of activity (still no running tho!)

- sunday – 11 miles mountain biking
- monday – rest (PT exercises)
- tuesday – bike 15 miles + yoga + PT exercises
- wednesday – bike 20 miles + abs + arms
- thursday – yoga + swim
- friday – bike 15 miles + abs + arms + PT exercises
- saturday – not sure yet!
