WIAW + Workouts #77

It’s been so long since I have done a What I Ate Wednesday Post, that I thought I would pop back in with one today. This is my first week of summer vacation and my hip is starting to feel well enough to do a little bit of activity (still no running tho!)

Breakfast: lemon zest luna barIMG_2509[1]

Dinner: leftover spinach tortellini w/ chicken meatballsIMG_2507[1]

  • sunday – 11 miles mountain biking
  • monday – rest (PT exercises)
  • tuesday – bike 15 miles + yoga + PT exercises
  • wednesday – bike 20 miles + abs + arms
  • thursday – yoga + swim
  • friday – bike 15 miles + abs + arms + PT exercises
  • saturday – not sure yet!

  4. I have to tell you! My brother is moving to Colorado! I’m thinking when I eventually visit we’ll have to visit. I believe he’s moving to Colorado Springs. How close is that to you?
