Workouts: My left hip (the opposite one from last years injury…ugh) is still giving me some problems, so I am going to continue to take it easy and cross train til my race on Sunday.

- wednesday – spin + abs
- thursday – stairs + arms + abs
- friday – spin + abs
- saturday – rest
- sunday – NYC 1/2 MARATHON
