Peas and Crayons

It’s Wednesday already! Let’s get going with WIAW hosted by Jenn over at Peas and Crayons.

Breakfast:

Workouts: My left hip (the opposite one from last years injury…ugh) is still giving me some problems, so I am going to continue to take it easy and cross train til my race on Sunday.

  • sunday – 8 hours of backcountry snowboarding & snowshoing
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – yoga
  • wednesday – spin + abs
  • thursday – stairs + arms + abs
  • friday – spin + abs
  • saturday – rest
  • sunday – NYC 1/2 MARATHON
