  • sunday – rest (suppose to be 8 mile run)
  • monday – yoga
  • tuesday – 45 stairs + abs
  • wednesday – spin + yoga
  • thursday – 45 min run (tentative)
  • friday – rest
  • saturday – 10  mile run (tentative)

What’s your favorite/go to breakfast?

  1. Greek yogurt has been my go-to breakfast lately. I always like it with granola too. Keeps me filled for a while!

  2. Lemon herb cod – now I need that recipe! I don’t think I’ve ever had cod!!

  3. I agree with the comment above, lemon herb cod – yummmm

  4. Oh no! I hope your hip is OK, I was thinking just this morning that you have the half coming up here next week…Breakfast lately has been all about oatmeal. Either with egg whites or greek yogurt to bump up the protein.

    • I’ve been training really well, so I’m hoping it’s just a fluke thing. I can totally take it easy for the next week and a half if I need to…so I am not freaking out yet!

I miss having eggs for breakfast! Can’t wait for the summer when I can make my own breakfasts at home.

  5. Love Chia bars! Lately my favorite breakfast is roasted veggies (prepped on Sundays) with an egg on top. Oh and avocado. Can’t go a day without my avo!

  6. I have yet to try those Chia Bars but have heard so many awesome reviews on them. I’ll have to let my Mom know to pick me up some to send over.

Sorry about your hip. Hopefully some extra rest will do the trick.
