Hello!! I apologize for being MIA lately…life, ya know? Anyway, I thought I would pop in for What I Ate Wednesday hosted by Jenn at Peas and Crayons!
Workouts: I’ve got another funky hip thing going on so I’m taking it easy this week and not really doing my 50 mile training runs…might attempt one tomorrow or Saturday, but totally up in the air right now.
- sunday – rest (suppose to be 8 mile run)
- monday – yoga
- tuesday – 45 stairs + abs
- wednesday – spin + yoga
- thursday – 45 min run (tentative)
- friday – rest
- saturday – 10 mile run (tentative)
