Happy Wednesday! Jumping right in this week with What I Ate Wednesday hosted by Jenn at Peas and Crayons.

Breakfast: had a coupon for Einstein! whole wheat bagel w/ low-fat sun-dried tomato cream cheese. plus coffee of course.IMG_1899[1]

Lunch: leftover pasta over spinachIMG_1901[1]

Dinner: take-out sushi!IMG_1902[1]

Snacks:IMG_1900[1]

Workouts:

  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 5 mile run + abs
  • wednesday – 3 mile run + 20 minutes bike + yoga
  • thursday – stairs + arms + abs
  • friday – 6 mile run + abs
  • saturday – snowboarding
  • sunday – 10 mile run

  1. I am so excited you had sushi – I know how you love it….Can we talk about the Einstein bagels? Are they anything close to a “real” bagel? I remember Einstein had tried to open here and didn’t last.

  2. 2 things I have not had in a long time – sushi and an Einstein bagel!! After my run this morning that bagel looks amazing. lol

  5. Leftover pasta is my fave! Loving all those workouts too! I hope in the next couple of months I’ll be up there with my running. I’ve never tried sushi before!

  6. i’ve always thought leftover pasta was better than when it’s first made. I like the putting it over a bed of spinach.

    I’m def. a sweet snaker.
