WIAW + Workouts #73

Hello What I Ate Wednesday! I was too busy for you last week, but now we meet again.  Thanks, as usual, to Jenn at Peas and Crayons for hosting the party!Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: instant oats (maple brown sugar)IMG_1823[1]

Lunch: salad – spinach, raisins, rice, olives, pickles, asparagus, tomatoes w/ raspberry vinagretteIMG_1883[1]

Dinner: veggie burger w/ swiss + brussels, sweet potatoIMG_1885[1]

Dessert: had to be done…IMG_1884[1]

Workouts:

  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 4 mile run
  • wednesday – stairs + abs + arms
  • thursday – 5 mile run + abs + legs
  • friday – spin + abs + arms
  • saturday – 6 mile run
  • sunday – snowboarding

  2. Ahh girl scout cookies! I forgot it is that time of year!

  3. I used to love the tag alongs (surprise surprise lol) and samoas were nice too… Haven’t had one in a loooooooong time though.

  4. The neighbor girl came over the other day and I bought a few boxes for my hubby. I actually don’t really like Girl Scout Cookies believe it or not!

  5. Thank you so much fo letting me know girl scouts are back out. I’ll have to have my mom pick up a box (or 2…3) to bring out next week 🙂
