WIAW + Workouts #72

Is it really Wednesday again already? That means it’s time for another What I Ate Wednesday hosted by Jenn at Peas and Crayons! Let’s get to it!

Peas and Crayons

Lunch: salad: spinach, tomatoes, crab, feta, broccoli, dried cranberries, sunflower seedsIMG_1744[1]

Dinner: seafood linguini with vodka sauceIMG_1747[1]

Snacks: IMG_1743[1]IMG_1745[1]

Workouts:

  • sunday – snowshoeing
  • monday – 5 mile run
  • tuesday – 30 minutes stairs + arms + abs
  • wednesday – 6 mile run + yoga
  • thursday – spin + abs
  • friday – 4 mile run + arms
  • saturday – rest
