It’s been a couple weeks since I’ve done a What I Ate Wednesday post, so it’s about time to get it rolling again!

Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: banana and coffeeIMG_1701[1] Lunch: salad – spinach, leftover bbq chicken, pickles, tomatoesIMG_1704[1] Dinner: eggplant parm!IMG_1708[1]

Snacks:IMG_1707[1] Workouts:

  • sunday – snowboarding
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 4 mile run + abs
  • wednesday – spin + yoga
  • thursday – 5 mile run + abs + arms
  • friday – 4 mile run + legs
  • saturday – snowshoeing

Any changes in your workouts for the new year??
