Oh Wednesday…why can’t you just be Friday? haha…this week seems to be chugging along at quite the snail’s pace. Yesterday was a long day – I had to be at work til almost 8pm helping with an event. But, I did run the farthest I have since being back from my injury.

- tuesday – 6 mile run + abs
- wednesday – stair machine + arms
- thursday – spin + abs
- friday – 5 mile run + arms
- saturday – snowboarding
- sunday – trail run if it’s nice!
