WIAW + Workouts #69

Oh Wednesday…why can’t you just be Friday? haha…this week seems to be chugging along at quite the snail’s pace.  Yesterday was a long day – I had to be at work til almost 8pm helping with an event.  But, I did run the farthest I have since being back from my injury.IMG_1473[1]

Let’s get rolling along with What I Ate Wednesday hosted by the lovely Jenn over at Peas and Crayons.Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: hard to see, but there are some oats in that jar 🙂IMG_1481[1]

Lunch: salad – spinach, crab, chickpeas, tomatoes, pickles, raisins, avocado, cottage cheese and some crunchy french onions on top (leftover from Thanksgiving, but make a great salad topper!)IMG_1475[1]

Dinner: they provided food at school for those that volunteered to stay – you know I love free food! Buffalo chicken wrap + my own avocado half. IMG_1479[1]

Workouts:

  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 6 mile run + abs
  • wednesday – stair machine + arms
  • thursday – spin + abs
  • friday – 5 mile run + arms
  • saturday – snowboarding
  • sunday – trail run if it’s nice!

  2. I’m going to try to mix it up with a few workout classes, nothing too new, just weights 🙂 Actually, I might try ice skating!

  6. Yayyy for recovering from injuries 🙂 The best part of an injury is how amazing it is to get back into running!! Nothing like a forced break to make you appreciate the high of a good run!!
