Lunch: vegetable soup…so good on a cold day!!
Dinner: mediterranean crusted salmon with T-day leftoversWorkouts:
- sunday – rock climbing
- monday – rest
- tuesday – 4 mile run + abs
- wednesday – spin + arms
- thursday – 4 mile run + abs
- friday – spin + arms + legs
- saturday – rest
Starting to get into the season and might have to do some decorating this weekend too 🙂
