WIAW + workouts #67

Hello and happy Wednesday once again! I really am counting down the days til Thanksgiving break – the kids are just getting so restless and crazy…work is exhausting right now!

Anyway, let’s jump into What I Ate Wednesday hosted by Jenn at Peas and Crayons.Ā 5a255-wiawfallintogoodhabitsbutton

Breakfast: latest obsession = blueberry noosa yogurtIMG_1296[1]

Lunch: pita sandwich (hummus, spinach, cukes, tomatoes, pepper jack cheeseIMG_1273[1]

Dinner: my first attempt at a slow cooker meal. korean BBQ chicken over cous cous +broocoliIMG_1297[1]

Snacks:Ā bad blogger = no pictures!

Workouts:

  • sunday – rock climbing (not too long – it was freezing!)
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – rest
  • wednesday – spin + abs
  • thursday – elliptical + arms + abs
  • friday – spin + abs
  • saturday – trail run and/or rock climbing (weather dependent)

Do you use a crock pot? Have any good recipes for me?

  1. From the photo, I’d say you had success with your first crockpot meal. YUM! šŸ™‚ Crockpot lasagna is pretty delicious.

  3. Nice job on a crockpot meal, so easy! I made crock pot buffalo chjcken(chicken, buffalo sauce, and a packet of dance dip) so easy and yummy.

  4. I need to keep my eye out for that noosa yogurt! I’ve been hearing all about it but have yet to try it!

  5. I am loving the way that pita sammy looks! I need to bust out my crockpot to make some soups and chili!
