WIAW + Workouts #65

As I mentioned before, things have been crazy lately, but they should start slowing down a bit in the coming weeks.

I thought I would jump on for another What I Ate Wednesday  – thanks to Jenn for organizing! Also… I do have an injury update for you all coming soon!

Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: banana + ZbarIMG_1197[1]

Lunch: salad!IMG_1208[1]

Dinner: Mediterranean crusted cod + cous cous + broccoliIMG_1187[1]

Snacks: weirdly shaped carrots, fruit snacks, cantaloup, pumpkin spice americanoIMG_1234[1]

Workouts:

  • sunday – rest
  • monday – waaaay too busy
  • tuesday – waaaay too busy
  • wednesday – 45 minutes incline walking + abs
  • thursday – spin + arms + abs
  • friday – 45 minutes elliptical + abs + legs
  • saturday – multi-pitch rock climbing!!!
