Good morning! We are halfway through the week people!! yaaaaay! Thank you as always to Jenn for hosting the WIAW party!!Spooky Snacks and Healthy Halloween Treats

Breakfast: muller corner πŸ™‚

Lunch: leftover black bean chilli w/ added spinach, cheese, and tortilla crumbles (much tastier than it looks)IMG_1135[1]

Dinner: veggie burger over salad, which mac& cheese + peas on the sideIMG_1132[1]

Workouts:

  • sunday – rest
  • monday – elliptical + bike + abs
  • tuesday- spin + abs
  • wednesday – yoga
  • thursday- spin + arms + abs
  • friday – elliptical + arms + abs
  • saturday – rest (back in NYC!)

  1. You are doing awesome with your workouts with out being able to run. Great job on some good foods!
