WIAW + Workouts #61

It’s Wednesday! Luckily this week is going faster than last week, because that one just dragged on and on  and on! As usual, a big thanks goes to Jenn at Peas and Crayons for hosting the What I Ate Wednesday fun!            Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: banana chobani with graham crackersIMG_0987[1]

Lunch: salad – bo – baladIMG_0989[1]

Dinner: mediteranean cod w/ brussels & squash + Israeli cous cousIMG_0991[1]

Snacks: totally failed to take any pictures! there were some goldfish…a plum…probably others I don’t recall 🙂


  • sunday – rest
  • monday – 10 bike ride + abs
  • tuesday – abs
  • wednesday – 10 mile bike ride + abs
  • thursday – 45 minutes elliptical
  • friday – abs
  • saturday – rock climbing

  2. I love putting graham crackers, pretzels, or cereal in my yogurt! My week is going well, I think it’s going pretty fast too. Hope yours is going well:)

    Your meals are practically the same as mine! Except for that Israeli cous cous – yum that looks so good!! Also, I second Caitlyn – yum to graham crackers in the choyo!! YES!

    That cod looks great with the cous cous. I’m hoping to pick up some cod this weekend and bake it when I’m home.
