WIAW + workouts #60

This is going to be an insanely boring WIAW because I have been sick the last couple days. My kiddo’s germs have gotten me no matter what I did to prevent it. Ah well, just trying to push the fluids and hope it goes away quickly….I have fun plans this weekend and I don’t want to have to cancel!

Workouts:

  • sunday -rock climbing
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – rest
  • wednesday – probably rest again 😦
  • thursday – bike + abs
  • friday – elliptical
  • saturday – mountain bike

Anyone else under the weather right now??

  1. So sorry to hear your sick Lish! at least your still eating pretty yummy things:) I had the flu last week so I’m hoping I can fly under the radar for a bit.
