WIAW + workouts #59

It’s Wednesday already!! This is the first week the kids have been back at school, so I’m glad it’s moving at a pretty decent pace! Let’s jump into to some WIAW fun hosted by Jenn at Peas and Crayons.

Breakfast: un-pictured banana – here’s a cuter one

Workouts:

  • sunday – rock climbing
  • monday – elliptical + 8 minute abs
  • tuesday – 8 minute abs + 12 mile bike
  • wednesday – elliptical + 8 minute abs
  • thursday – elliptical + 8 minute abs + arms
  • friday – 10 mile bike + 8 minute abs
  • saturday – rest
