Peas and Crayons

Dinner: open faced tuna sandwich w/ broccoliIMG_0749[1]

Snacks: mango, almonds and grapes…oh my!IMG_0751[1]

Workouts:

  • sunday – rest
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 15 mile bike ride + abs
  • wednesday – 20 mile bike ride + arms + abs
  • thursday – elliptical + abs + legs
  • friday – yoga
  • saturday – rest
