Workouts: things are still a work in progress with this injury situation. It’s feeling a little better the last couple days so I would like to try some elliptical…but not sure how it’s going to go!
- sunday – rest
- monday – yoga
- tuesday – rest
- wednesday – 30 min elliptical + arms + abs
- thursday – bike (maybe!) + yoga
- friday – 30 min elliptical + yoga
- saturday – bike (maybe!) + yoga
