That’s about all I took pictures of, but there was plenty more good eats. I seem to consume a lot of sandwiches. haha.
- sunday – rest
- monday – 3 mile run + runners core
- tuesday – yoga
- wednesday – 6 mile run + abs + arms
- thursday – 20 mile bike ride + legs
- friday – yoga
- saturday – 13 mile run
