Switching it up this week with What I Ate Wednesday in Wyoming! Thanks as usual to Jenn for organizing the link-up!                                                        Peas and Crayons

That’s about all I took pictures of, but there was plenty more good eats. I seem to consume a lot of sandwiches. haha.

Workouts:

  • sunday – rest
  • monday – 3 mile run + runners core
  • tuesday – yoga
  • wednesday – 6 mile run + abs + arms
  • thursday – 20 mile bike ride + legs
  • friday – yoga
  • saturday – 13 mile run

  1. That plate of crab cakes florentine looks incredible. I’m thinking it would be one of those meals that you actually get upset over when it’s finished, Ha Ha!

  2. Crab cakes florentine… yum! I love crab cakes but never remember to order or make them at home. Hmmm… maybe a fancy brunch is in need soon!

  4. I consume a lot of sandwiches too, especially when I eat out! There is just something so comforting about them to me :).

  5. I love getting sandwiches out at restaurants. They always have so much flavor!
