The Wednesday’s just keep on coming and going so quickly…I cannot believe I am already over halfway through my summer break 😦

Peas and Crayons

Here’s a look at yesterday’s eats – it was a pretty delicious day if I do say so myself!

Lunch: spinach, tomato, corn, avocado, raisins, olives, red skinned potatoesIMG_0390[1]

Workouts: NYC Marathon training started again this week and I couldn’t be more pumped!!!!

  • sunday – rest
  • monday – 3 mile run + legs + arms
  • tuesday – yoga
  • wednesday – 5 mile run
  • thursday – 5 mile run + abs + arms + legs
  • friday – yoga
  • saturday – 11 mile run

How do you feel about spicy chocolate? Β πŸ™‚

  2. Love that chobani flip flavor and your lunch and dinner have me all but drooling. Never had spicy chocolate either!

  3. I am loving your watermelon! lol…Hopefully when you are here for the marathon we will find a minute to meet and say hi! I envy your training for it – I just don’t think I have it in me for a full, although you never know.

    • That would be awesome – we should definitely try to meet up! I love training for a full and if you asked me 5 years ago, I probably would have told you I would never run a full either, so you never know!

  9. That is definitely a tasty day of eats! Grapes + cottage cheese? I kinda like that idea. I’ve never been excited about pineapple + cottage cheese but that might be decent… Haha! That salad sounds really good and I love all the colors! YAY for marathon training!!!!!!!!!!

  11. Watermelon is one of my favorite summer time snacks. I did a confessions post on Sunday and admitted that we’ve bought a giant watermelon every week so far… and I’m the only one in the house who eats it. It’s been gone within 48 hours each of the days. Oops…. kind of πŸ˜‰

  12. Did you make that teriyaki salmon yourself? It looks amazing.

    I’m not a huge fan of spicy chocolate. In high school my Spanish teacher made us Mexican hot chocolate which traditionally has cinnamon, cayenne and/or chipotle powder. Not my cup of tea…
