Here’s a look at yesterday’s eats – it was a pretty delicious day if I do say so myself!
Workouts: NYC Marathon training started again this week and I couldn’t be more pumped!!!!
- sunday – rest
- monday – 3 mile run + legs + arms
- tuesday – yoga
- wednesday – 5 mile run
- thursday – 5 mile run + abs + arms + legs
- friday – yoga
- saturday – 11 mile run
