Workouts: taking things much easier this week after Saturday’s race. Marathon training starts Monday, so this is a somewhat of a recovery week.
- sunday – rest
- monday – rest (2 in a row!! what?!)
- tuesday – hiking + biking
- wednesday – 4 mile run
- thursday – 4 mile run
- friday – yoga
- saturday -hiking
