WIAW + Workouts #55

It’s my last Wednesday of summer vacation 😦 How sad is that? I knew this summer was going to go fast, but man…it really flew by! Let’s jump into WIAW hosted by Jenn over at PeasandCrayons.

Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: protein smoothie – 1/2 banana, coconut milk, raspberries, 1 scoop protein powder               IMG_0625[1]

Lunch: salad – spinach, tomatoes, red pepper, egg, carrots, pickles, raisins, feta, raspberry balsamic viniagrette.IMG_0626[1]

Dinner: vegan pulled pork sandwich w/ cole slaw and jicama chips (thanks for the recipe CleaneatingveggiegirlIMG_0632[1]

Workouts:

  • sunday – 12 mile run
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 3 mile run + yoga
  • wednesday – elliptical + strength workout
  • thursday – 7 mile run
  • friday – yoga
  • saturday – 14 mile run
