T-minus 3 days now until the race…ahhhhhhhhhhh. My eating is going pretty well this week. I’ve increased the carbs and protein, so my meals will look a teeny bit different than normal :). I am also keeping my workouts pretty low impact and low intensity.

- monday – yoga
- tuesday – 3.5 mile run + abs
- wednesday – yoga
- thursday – 3 mile run + abs
- friday – REST
- saturday – LEADVILLE HEAVY HALF
