I don’t think I’ve had that watermelon cranberry yet, but would totally love to try it! :) Have a fabulous weekend!

Meghan!! Email me your address so I can send you your vouchers!!

Now, onto the weekend…how was yours? Joe and I did a bit of jeep shopping on Saturday…I think he will be getting one very soon, which is super exciting (we just share mine right now).    IMG_0103[1]

There were also tater tots, beer + fro yo that all happened on Saturday as well 🙂IMG_0106[1] IMG_0107[1]

Sunday morning we headed to Golden to do our last trail run before the big race this Saturday (more on that tomorrow). We did the Green Mountain Trail, but added on this insanely massive hill which almost made me cry. I will just show you the happy running pictures instead 🙂                         IMG_0108[1] IMG_0110[1]

After the run, we headed to nearby North Table Rock to do some climbing.IMG_0113[1]IMG_0111[1]

We didn’t last all that long though – pretty exhausted from the run and there was a storm moving in, so we cleaned up the ropes and headed back home.

Dinner last night was soooooo good. We made naan pizza, which we haven’t done in a while. We used spinach, mushroom, and goat cheese (on one) and feta (on the other).                                   IMG_0117[1]

Had to try both!! The goat cheese was definitely my favorite of the two.     IMG_0118[1]

I will definitely be making this combination again! We capped off the night with some Nick Wallenda tight rope walking…did you see this craziness?!?! IMG_0119[1]

What did you do this weekend? Do you make pizza at home?

Per usual, your outdoor activities have me swooning over the fact that you get to do all those things. 🙂 Naan is so good, and I’ve never considered making pizza out of it. Yum. Have a wonderful Monday, YAY FOR WINNING!

  8. I always have a Trader Joe’s pizza dough on hand in the fridge or freezer. We love making it and its so much cheaper these days than getting a few slices from the pizza place (although as good as it is at home, it is never quite as good as the pizzeria).
