WIAW + Workouts #49

Can someone please tell the month of June to slow itself down?! I feel like we just got off for summer break and before I know it, it’s going to be August 5th and I am going to be back in the classroom. Oof…

Anyway, let’s get rolling with some What I Ate Wednesday excitement! As always, thanks to the lovely Jenn at PeasandCrayons!

Breakfast: chobani flips!! I finally found them! + Goodbelly πŸ™‚IMG_0087[1] IMG_0044[1]

Lunch: veggie sandwich (hummus, avocado, tomato, cheese, lettuce) + pickle (obvi)IMG_0086[1]

Dinner: sushi! (Joe’s away all week = takeout sushi for me!!)IMG_0088[1]

Dessert: Oh….so….good…..IMG_0085[1]

Snacks:IMG_0049[1]IMG_0089[1]

Workouts:

  • sunday – hiking/rock climbing
  • monday – 5 mile run
  • tuesday – yoga
  • wednesday – 6 mile run
  • thursday – run with The Blonde!!!!
  • friday – yoga
  • saturday – 8 mile trail run

I’ve been throwing in some 8 minute Abs every other day or so too….gotta love the 80’s video – thanks youtube!IMG_0054[1]

  3. I wish I could tell you that June is going to slow down, but I feel like it’s going by too fast for me as well 😦 Hopefully July will be SUPER slow πŸ˜›

    Oh, and that’s my favorite type of Mojo bar! So good.

  5. Yay for veggie sandwiches!! And don’t you LOVE those Clif Mojo bars?? The white chocolate macadamia flavor is my FAVE!

  6. Oh my goodness that coconut bliss ice cream carton looks so good! I’ll have to search for it!

  7. Those Chobani flips are to die for! Yum to that veggie sandwich and WHAT to that coconut peanut butter ice cream. I need to find that immediately. My favorite way to work my core is still undiscovered. I’m working on figuring that out!

  8. I am excited you are having sushi! Whenever I take it out though I find it gobble it up too quick and the fun is over too fast lol.

    • haha- I have gotten so many comments on that ice cream! It’s actually a little embarrassing how quickly I finished the pint too…I might have to go back and get one of the other flavors to try today πŸ™‚
