Happy What I Ate Wednesday to you all! I’m totally thrown off on days since the three day weekend.

Anyway, thanks as always to the lovely Jenn for hosting this shin-dig! I am going to do something a little nontraditional again this week and show what I ate while camping 🙂

  • sunday – 8 mile hike
  • monday – 5 mile hike
  • tuesday – rest
  • wednesday – 7 mile run + core + legs
  • thursday – 20 mile bike
  • friday – 20 mile bike ride + core
  • saturday – 12 mile run + snowboarding (last day of the season!)

Here’s the latest workout challenge from Tribesports…this one is seriously a killer! Imean…pistol squats?!?! what?!?!  Let me know if you try it!

    Oh darling, I can’t lie.. I’m not so sure I would have been able to talk myself into eating the mac & cheese soup, or the oatmeal in a bag, Ha Ha! Major props to you!

    The weather is disgusting.. like 120 disgusting!

  2. I have never tried camping food, it doesn’t look too appealing hate to say it. However, I always loved the space ice cream.. that stuff is good!

    • It doesn’t look appealing at all from the pictures, but it’s actually surprisingly good! Or maybe it’s just that your starving and it’s the only option out there. haha

  5. Oh my gosh, I can’t even imagine running 12 miles and then going snowboarding, you are hardcore! Plus I really suck at snowboarding haha

    • haha- I’m sure you don’t suck! This day of snowboarding is definitely going to be pretty relaxed. It’s the last of the season and we are mainly going for the tail-gating in the parking lot 🙂

  6. Camping eats! Haha I love it. My day would probably be about 6 granola bars, so props to you for making oatmeal and mac n cheese!
