Happy What I Ate Wednesday to you all! I’m totally thrown off on days since the three day weekend.
Anyway, thanks as always to the lovely Jenn for hosting this shin-dig! I am going to do something a little nontraditional again this week and show what I ate while camping 🙂
- sunday – 8 mile hike
- monday – 5 mile hike
- tuesday – rest
- wednesday – 7 mile run + core + legs
- thursday – 20 mile bike
- friday – 20 mile bike ride + core
- saturday – 12 mile run + snowboarding (last day of the season!)
Here’s the latest workout challenge from Tribesports…this one is seriously a killer! Imean…pistol squats?!?! what?!?! Let me know if you try it!
