WIAW + Workouts #43
Thanks to Jenn at Peas and Crayons! Let’s jump right in!
Breakfast: chobani + banana + coffee
Lunch: the usual salad: spinach, tomatoes, carrots, avocado, vegan chicken, pickles, Annie’s raspberry dressing (old pic, but basically looked the same)
Dinner: CHIPOTLE! (buy one get one free for teacher appreciation!)
Black bean burrito for me (steak for Joe). I ate half and made an avocado & greek yogurt mixture to put on top + added some steamed broccoli to the side.
2 of these before my run
- sunday – rest
- monday – legs + core
- tuesday – 4 mile run + core
- wednesday – yoga
- thursday – 4 mile run + legs + core
- friday – rest
- saturday – GOTR 5k race + 12 mile trail run
