WIAW + Workouts #42

Good Morning and happy May everyone! Um…what happened to April?!?! This is going to be a super busy month for me, but I am really looking forward to many things coming up! Let’s jump right into What I Ate Wednesday hosted by the lovely Jenn at PeasandCrayons.                                                                 Peas and Crayons

Lunch: the usual salad at work – spinach, avocado, egg, tomatoes, carrots, pickles, raisins, Annie’s tomato dressing                                                IMG_2757[1]

Dinner: hummus, cheese & veggie wrap + broccoli w/ nutritional yeast                         IMG_2758[1]

Snacks: FAIL on picture taking, but had string cheese, goldfish, apple…I’m sure there were others I can’t remember!


  • sunday – 6.5 mile elevation run + snowboarding
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 4.5 mile run + core workout (see below!)
  • wednesday – yoga + leg workout
  • thursday – 6 mile run + core workout
  • friday – rest
  • saturday – 12-13 mile run

    I have done the tribesports core challenge multiple times. Love it!

  2. I’ve never done a bootcamp, but I’d love to! I love being pushed to my limit. You’re weeks workout is looking good, have fun on your long run sat!

  3. I am so glad April ended lol. Bad month with my arm injury that is thankfully better…I never did bootcamp but I consider my favorite spin class close enough – it can be grueling! lol

  8. I’m so into melon lately! Especially watermelon, so good! I’ve done that ab workout and it’s a good one for sure! Pull-ups on the other hand I haven’t tried in a long time. I should though, someday…
