WIAW + workouts #41
Another Wednesday means another round of What I Ate Wednesday, hosted by the lovely Jenn over at Peas and Crayons.
But, before we get to that, I have to share a picture from my drive to work yesterday.
Yes, that is a very snowy downtown Denver….it’s almost May and we are still getting snow! Don’t feel too bad- we will have 70 and sunny this weekend 🙂
Now, onto the food!
Breakfast: banana + coffee
Lunch: salad = spinach, avocado, carrots, tomato, pickles, olives, raisins, chia seeds, pistachios (forgot to take a picture til it was half eaten- oops!)
Dinner: leftover crab-cake and sweet potato fries from the weekend (looks a bit messy, but was definitely delicious!)

- sunday – 8 mile run
- monday – rest
- tuesday – 6 mile run + legs + abs
- wednesday – yoga
- thursday – 6 mile run + legs + abs
- friday – rest
- saturday – snowboarding
