Peas and Crayons

Another Wednesday means another round of What I Ate Wednesday, hosted by the lovely Jenn over at Peas and Crayons.

But, before we get to that, I have to share a picture from my drive to work yesterday.                                                                                   IMG_2706[1]

Yes, that is a very snowy downtown Denver….it’s almost May and we are still getting snow! Don’t feel too bad- we will have 70 and sunny this weekend 🙂

Now, onto the food!

Breakfast: banana + coffee                                                                       IMG_2707[1]

Lunch: salad = spinach, avocado, carrots, tomato, pickles, olives, raisins, chia seeds, pistachios (forgot to take a picture til it was half eaten- oops!)      IMG_2708[1]

Dinner: leftover crab-cake and sweet potato fries from the weekend (looks a bit messy, but was definitely delicious!)   IMG_2704[1]

Snacks/Dessert:                                                                                                      IMG_2709[1]
