Yesterday was a snow day for most Denver schools, so I enjoyed a lovely day off! As many of you know, my favorite running weather is between 15 and 25 degrees and snowy so I headed out for a fabulous 8 mile run!
Snacks: I don’t take pictures of all snacks- I tend to grab lots of random handfuls of things throughout the day (especially when I am not at work 😉 )
- sunday – 5 mile trail run (this was a crazy hard route)
- monday – REST
- tuesday – 8 mile run
- wednesday – hot yoga or spin
- thursday – 5k run + hot yoga
- friday – hot yoga
- saturday – trail run + climbing gym
I just started a 30 day squat challenge I found on instagram, and a core challenge from Tribesports you can find HERE. So, I will be doing those in addition to everything else 🙂
