WIAW + Workouts #37

Before we get into food, let me just tell you about what I saw around mile 9 of my run on Monday…2 furry friends that looked something like this…          

Yep, that would be coyotes…in Denver. Keep in mind I live in downtown Denver, which is a pretty big bustling city and that path I run on is not all that far outside of the action. I was definitely surprised to see them and sped up til I was a good distance away.

Breakfast: blueberry chobani + whole grain cheerios + chia                      IMG_2530[1]

Lunch: 1 whole + 2 egg whites scrambled with blue cheese + kale  IMG_2493[1]

Dinner: sirracha-lime salmon + brussels + sweet potato                           IMG_2533[1]

Snacks:  totally forgot to take pics of snacks, but there were many more than this.IMG_2483[1]




  • sunday – 3 mile hike/snowshoe + climbing gym
  • monday – 10 mile run + yoga
  • tuesday – spin
  • wednesday – 4 mile run + hot yoga
  • thursday – spin + hot yoga
  • friday – 6 mile run + hot yoga
  • saturday – REST
