IT’S FRIDAY!!!!! IT’S FRIDAY!!!! IT’S FRIDAY!!!!! Do I seem a tad excited??? Well, I am!! I love a Friday any ol’ week, but this one is extra exciting since SPRING BREAK starts at the end of the day!!!

To start the weekend off right- here is a new challenge from Tribesports that is a great beginner calisthenics workout. The awesome part is that you really only need your body weight except for one of the moves which requires a bar for pull ups. So, it’s perfect to do in a park!

  1. Sadly I am not on Spring break. It is the biggest oversight in the universe that I decided not to work in a school setting. Sigh. i’ll live vicariously through you.

  2. No Spring Break for me anymore now that I’m a stay at home mom. It would be nice to have a week off from being a mom though. Like a mom spring break! Ha! Like that would ever happen! Have a good one!

  3. That dinner looks perfect! I seriously love some of the vegetarian “chicken” products that are out there, and roasted brussel sprouts are my fav!
