Can you believe I didn’t do a WIAW post yesterday? I never miss those! Unfortunately, I had a rough day on Tuesday…the pink eye was pretty much clear, but I woke up with a fever, chills, nausea…not good! Luckily I HAD to be out of work because of the pink eye…oy.
…so my food recap wouldn’t have been very interesting. Anyway, my fever broke sometime around 2am yesterday morning and I managed to drag myself into work. By noon I was pretty much feeling back to normal!
Since I usually add my weekly workouts into my WIAW post, I thought I would put them out there today. Here’s what’s happened so far and what I still have ahead 🙂
- sunday – REST
- monday – 6 mile run + abs, legs, arms
- tuesday – SICK 😦 forced rest
- wednesday – yoga
- thursday – 4 mile run + abs, legs, arms
- friday – 6 mile run
- saturday – snowboard
- vegan chorizo
- shredded taco cheese
- cherry tomatoes
- 2 whole eggs + 3 egg whites
No matter what you name it, I call it delicious!
