Another Wednesday has come! And as always that means it’s time for What I Ate Wednesday hosted by Jenn at Peas and Crayons.
Dinner: tuna sandwich – forgot to take a picture, but it looked a little something like this
- sunday – snowboarding
- monday – rest
- tuesday – 6 mile run (3 alone + 3 with run club)
- wednesday – strength training
- thursday – 5 mile run + abs
- friday – yoga
- saturday – 10k race!!
