WIAW + Workouts # 36

Another Wednesday has come! And as always that means it’s time for What I Ate Wednesday hosted by Jenn at Peas and Crayons.

Breakfast: banana + cashew butter                                          IMG_2455[1]

Lunch: salad – spinach, romaine, radish, tomato, blue cheese, shrimp, red peppers, avocado, carrots, chia seeds, nutritional yeast, honey mustard dressing.                                                                                           IMG_2449[1]

Dinner: tuna sandwich – forgot to take a picture, but it looked a little something like this

  • sunday – snowboarding
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 6 mile run (3 alone + 3 with run club)
  • wednesday – strength training
  • thursday – 5 mile run + abs
  • friday – yoga
  • saturday – 10k race!!

  1. Cashew butter sounds AMAZING since I love cashews. I’ve only ever had peanut and almond.

    • yea- there is one at the brewery across the street from our apartment. Every Tuesday at 6:30. We went every week in December and January, but never made it on Feb! Back in action now though 🙂

  3. I am laughing just answering this question – as if we don’t know – Crunch Time peanut butter of course…and the Mighty Maple. Love them both!

  5. beer after a run is a total winning combination! My favorite nut butter is currently sunflower. But ask me next week and it will probably be a different nut 😉

  6. Peanut butter is my favorite. I’ve only tried almond butter but would love to try cashew butter!

  7. I love Cashew Butter especially Artisana’s! I just tried their new Superfood nut butters which have cashew butter in them and they are so good! Actually giving away a sampler pack on my blog today 🙂
