  1. I don’t normally plan out my exact workouts each week, I kinda go with how I feel each day. However, when it snows and derails my exercise intentions, I am not a happy camper. For the most part though, I am able to revise my workout plans accordingly so if I woke up wanting to run outside and cant because of snow, I just hit the gym at some point during the day. I try my best to always squeeze in some form of my 30 min a day.

    • weather is usually not a problem for me, but time and scheduling is, and I think that’s what bothers me. Ah well, it will all even out in the end, right?

  2. Yes I did get frustrated when I can’t get a workout in. If i know I can’t swing a gym session I’ll try to do some planks and core work at home or just try to switch my week around so that the day I was saving for rest is now used to workout. Your fish burrito sounds awesome!

    • I usually try to be flexible too, but sometimes I feel like I get overly irritated about it..haha. maybe something I should work on. The fish burrito was amazing!

  3. mm don’t think I’ve tried blueberry chobani. Need to buy that!

  4. Hummus veggie sandwiches are the best!!:)

  5. Yes! If I miss my weekly boot camp, body pump or spin class I get so frustrated! Actually, if I have a week where I miss any workouts at all I feel bummed. I’ve learned how to squeeze in at home work outs since having a toddler though 🙂 Sometimes 30 minutes is all I get but it’s better than nothing!

    • I agree! I usually try to drag myself out of bed a little early (and that means 4:45- ah!) to do some core work/yoga before I get ready for the day. I definitely miss the days I was only working part time and could fit in a great workout every morning 🙂

  6. I just get mad when plans don’t go my way, no matter what they were about. Haha. I’ve been learning to just let it all go though, because there are more important things in life to stress over. Easier said than done.
