WIAW + Workouts # 34

Peas and Crayons

This will be the last WIAW of February and I have been LOVING this months theme. So, I made sure yesterday’s eats were jam packed with veggies 🙂 Thanks to Jenn at peas and crayons for organizing. Let’s jump right in!

Breakfast: naked juice + coffee                                                       IMG_2395[1]

Lunch: salad: spinach, mushroom, peas, corn, tomatoes, veggie sausage, avocado, nutritional yeast, chia seeds                                    IMG_2389[1]

Dinner: roasted red pepper soup with seitan, mushroom, peas, corn, macaroni noodles. Crumbled blue cheese and tortilla chips on top 🙂                       IMG_2390[1]

  • sunday – snowboarding
  • monday – 6 mile run + abs
  • tuesday – 3 mile run
  • wednesday – rest
  • thursday – yoga
  • friday – 8 mile run + abs
  • saturday – snowboarding

    And I’m so jealous that you got to go snowboarding. Well, I would have been blading or skiing… Still. I haven’t done that in forever! 🙂

    • I do feel really lucky to live right next to the mountains and can go every weekend. I’m going to be bummed when the snow is gone…but then there’s rock climbing 🙂

  8. Ahhh… I’ve been craving froyo all week! I think I’m going to have to break down and get some this weekend. I’d say I switch up my eats between a few main things. So I guess I’m a creature of habit 🙂
