This will be the last WIAW of February and I have been LOVING this months theme. So, I made sure yesterday’s eats were jam packed with veggies 🙂 Thanks to Jenn at peas and crayons for organizing. Let’s jump right in!

- tuesday – 3 mile run
- wednesday – rest
- thursday – yoga
- friday – 8 mile run + abs
- saturday – snowboarding

side plank 30 seconds every day for 7 days
