WIAW + Workouts #33

Happy Wednesday all! This one came up fast thanks to Presidents Day…hopefully the rest of the week goes just as quickly. Let’s jump in to What I Ate Wednesday hosted by Jenn at Peas and Crayons.

What I Ate Wednesday: Love Your Veggies

Breakfast: chobani + banana                                          IMG_2363[1]

Lunch: leftover half of this sandwich                                        IMG_2361[1]

Dinner: tilapia with brown rice and soy ginger carrots.                 IMG_2365[1]

Snacks: there were many others I didn’t get pictures of 🙂              IMG_2362[1]

Workouts:

  • sunday- rest
  • monday- rest
  • tuesday – 4 mile run
  • wednesday – yoga
  • thursday- 5 mile run
  • friday- 6 mile run
  • saturday- snowboarding
