Happy Wednesday everyone! I thought I was totally out being sick, but I have come down with a bit of a cold now. There’s just SO MANY GERMS around me all day! haha. Anyway, the workouts have taken a bit of a dip because of it, but hopefully I can kick this thing quickly and be back in action.

Lunch: hummus, cheese, pickle, tomato, spinach sandwich
Snacks: Really bad about taking pictures, but there was goldfish, an applesauce, some red peppers, and other things I can’t remember! 🙂

- monday – rest (sick) 😦
- tuesday – rest (sick) 😦
- wednesday – 4 mile run (hopefully)
- thursday – yoga
- friday – 4 mile run
- saturday – 6 mile run + yoga
A couple new Tribesports Challenges I am trying this week:
Hold the plank pose for 2 minutes each day for 7 days.
10 push ups a day for 7 days
My plan is to combine the two and do the push ups immediately after planking!
