It’s Wednesday people!! Which means it’s time for another round of What I Ate
Wednesday Monday/Tuesday. First, some scenes from last nights Run club hosted by Denver Beer Company!
Now food! Thanks to Jenn at Peas and Crayons for hosting the party 🙂
- Sunday – 6 mile trail run
- Monday – rest
- Tuesday – 5 mile run (alone) + 5k run (with run club)
- Wednesday – yoga + 45min elliptical
- Thursday – 7 mile run
- Friday – yoga + 45min elliptical
- Saturday – 4 mile race!
I am also going to throw in this BMF Blue Workout from Tribesports tomorrow or Thursday (maybe both!). I will let you know what I think 🙂
