Happy Wednesday! Here goes another round of What I Ate Wednesday.
Dinner: pasta and salad with running club (no picture 😦 )
Snacks: I was really bad about taking pictures, but had carrots + hummus, string cheese, a piece of toast…
Workouts: I’m in the middle of two Tribesport challenges, so everyday I will be doing 25 squats (ends thursday) and 100 crunches. I’m also still working on my plank time for my January goal. I’ll give you an update on that soon 🙂
- sunday – snowboarding
- monday – a little home yoga
- tuesday – yoga + 5 mile run
- wednesday – elliptical + yoga
- thursday – 10 mile run
- friday – 5 mile run + yoga
- saturday – snowboarding
Now some more news…I GOT A JOB! Today is actually my first day, so I need to get a move on, but I will tell you more details tomorrow!
