Friday Fitness Fun

I didn’t have anything “food fun” to share today other than this delicious breakfast and lunch I had yesterday.

So, instead I am doing a fitness Friday 🙂 As you may have read on Tuesday’s post, I have started a new blog partnership with Tribesports and I am loving the community! If you haven’t checked out what it’s all about yet, I suggest you click on over there ASAP!

I have joined a couple challenges this week that I wanted to share with you all. On Wednesday I did this core challenge                                  Core Workout

It was waaaay harder than I thought it would be. Maybe I was tired from the 9 mile run I had just gotten home from, or maybe my core is weaker than I thought, but I was struggling by the end! I will definitely be trying this one again in the near future.

Another challenge I have joined is called Run to the Moon: Nick B has been challenging you guys to Run to the Moon since August when astronaut Neil Armstrong passed away aged 82. To celebrate the life of the first man to walk on the moon, join the Challenge to run the 384,400km to the moon!                           Run to the moon

Click the image above to read more about the challenge and join Tribesports (it’s free!). And, once you’re there you can find and follow me @lishdiver.

Have a great Friday everyone!

What do you have planned for the weekend? Any races or long runs?
