Hello friends! I’ve been away from the blog for a few days – my mom was visiting and holiday time gets very busy!! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and celebrated with friends and family. Since it’s Wednesday, it’s time to link up with Jenn over at PeasandCrayons for a look at what we’re eating.
I didn’t take too many pictures of food over the holidays, but here’s a look at some of the things I ate over the last couple days 🙂
Other than hot yoga last Thursday, I have been snowboarding a ton. We got to the mountains Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday! Best workout ever 🙂 Pictures from, Breckenridge, A Basin, and Beaver Creek.
As for the week ahead – it’s going to look a little something like this:
- wednesday – 4 mile run
- thursday – 8 mile run
- friday – yoga + 45 min. elliptical
- saturday – snowboarding
- sunday – snow-shoe adventure 🙂
- monday – yoga or rest
- tuesday – yoga + 5 mile run
