Friday Food Fun

We all want beautiful, glowing, amazing looking skin, right? What you eat can make a big difference in the appearance of your skin! I recently read this article on Self and wanted to share it with all of you! Here’s the top foods you can eat for radiant skin:

  1. almonds                                                                      
  2. apricots                                                                             
  3. brazil nuts                                                                         
  4. chickpeas                                                                          
  5. crab                                                                                      
  6. green tea                                                                         
  7. oranges                                                                               
  8. salmon                                                                      
  9. sunflower oil                                                         
  10. whole wheat bread                                                

How many of these foods do you eat? I’m 8/10 – I don’t like Brazil nuts and I’ve actually never had sunflower oil!

  1. I can do the following: almonds, chickpeas, crabCAKES (does that count? lol), green tea, oranges, and whole wheat bread..maybe I should do more so my skin looks better, haha. I got a facial with my best friend when I visited her the other weekend and I got a peel with it..holy H that burned..it was supposed to “brighten” my skin..I think I was just suckered for a $185 facial though, lol! Happy Friday sweets! 🙂

    • crab cakes totally count 😉 That’s so funny about your facial. I got one about 10 years ago- it was so painful and I walked out looking like someone had scrubbed my face with sandpaper! I don’t get the appeal!
